was retained as consultants for Master Planning for a project involving
identification of development options for several large parcels of land
spanning three communities and totaling approximately 100 acres. Potential
environmental issues associated with land acquisition and development were
identified through GIS analysis. Several presentation quality maps were
produced which included data about critical environmental areas, wetlands,
protected open space, FEMA, existing land use, and zoning within the
potentially developable areas. The maps were used as a tool to better
understand development options and restrictions, and were included in a final
site report. |
