CDW
Consultants, Inc. (CDW) is responsible for permitting related to the
reconstruction of the Storrow Drive Tunnels for the DCR. CDW is responsible
for identifying permit requirements relative to the investigation, design and
ultimate construction of the reconstruction project. CDW is responsible for
performing an evaluation of construction alternatives to determine permitting
impacts; and provides recommendations for mitigation of these impacts. CDW
will also coordinate ongoing permit compliance documentation and
consultation. CDW prepares and coordinates permit documentation with
appropriate agencies such as the MBTA, Army Corps of Engineers, National
Historic Register, Boston Traffic Department, Environmental Protection
Agency, MEPA Unit and Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection;
if funding is provided, Federal Highway Administration - 23 CFR Chap 1, Part
771.135 Par. 4(f). |
