CDW was
retained to provide site engineering design and permitting for a 410,000 s.f.
wholesale distribution facility with internal rail access and 40+ loading
docks in Oxford, MA. The existing site grades and extensive wetlands, both
state and federally regulated, created the requirements for meticulous site
design incorporating steep cuts and many water quality swales to capture
breakout flow from the cut faces and treat stormwater. The site as designed
was permitted through the Local Planning Board, Conservation Commission and
Board of Health, the State MEPA program, DEP 401 Water Quality Permit and a
ACOE 404 Water Quality permit. All permits were obtained within 6 months and
the project is prepared to move forward. |
