    CDW was retained to provide site design and permitting of a 135 unit apartment complex in Barnstable, MA. This is the first affordable apartment complex in the town which will afford the town their entire quota of 40B Affordable housing when complete. The project is adjacent to NSTAR power lines and requires local Comprehensive permits for the project, review by all local agencies as well as permitting through DEP for a sewer connection and MEPA for sewer capacity.
