CDW is responsible for conducting a hazardous material assessment and preparing the required environmental permit documents for this project. CDW reviewed the rehabilitation project alternatives and construction staging scenarios to assessed the potential federal, state, and local environmental permits and reviews. This assessment provides the decision makers with the potential impacts each option has on the project timeline and budget. CDW will prepare permit applications during design to ensure environmental resources are protected during construction.
