CDW was retained to provide geographic information system (GIS) and best management practice (BMP) services for the Ipswich River Watershed Association’s water supply protection project for the towns of Danvers and Middleton. GIS services included the creation of a datalayer of threatening landuses and stormwater discharge points from GPS data and CAD files. The datalayer will be used and maintained by the Massachusetts DEP, EPA and MassGIS. Several hard copy maps were produced for theme-on-theme analysis including FEMA, landuse, and zoning, for display in the Danvers and Middleton municipal offices.
