CDW was retained to provide site design and obtain permits for building additions to provide handicapped access to the building. The project included parking area, stormwater management and permitting. The permitting included approval from the Board of Health, Conservation Commission and Planning Board as well as Massachusetts Highway Department (MHD). Stormwater management was a critical project component as the facility was within an aquifer protection district.
