CDW was retained to provide the site design and permitting services for a 60,000 S.F. office facility on a 5.25-acre site in Marlborough, MA. The site layout required careful attention to on-site wetlands and downstream City water supply. A storm water management system, including the use of an existing detention pond, and erosion control plan were designed to comply with the MADEP Storm water Management Guidelines and the local Conservation Commission requirements. CDW monitored the sediment and erosion control measures during construction.
