Abandoned City-owned buildings were demolished and the Holyoke Central Fueling Facility was constructed in one of Massachusetts first successful brownfields revitalization projects. Extensive environmental site investigation and risk assessment were completed by CDW to bring the site to regulatory closure. Funding and project oversight were provided by MassHighway as a Supplemental Environmental Project.
