CDW was retained to provide site design and permitting for a 58,000 s.f. distribution and office facility for Pepsi Bottling Company. The facility contained interior and exterior loading docks as well as many drive in doors with, over 50 truck and 250 automotive parking spaces. The site had a complicated existing topography due to previous material mining activities and dumping. There was extensive wetlands and fill to be contended with during the design of infiltration and groundwater recharge systems.
