CDW was retained to provide site design and permitting for a 200,000 sf. manufacturing facility for Silverline Windows. The site was a previously graded site with extensive wetlands. The permitting required local and state permitting for the fill and replication on onsite bordering vegetated wetlands areas. The extensive loading, parking and building access requirements created a need for greater attention to detail and overall grading.
