Giving Back to the Communities We Serve
We're grateful to CDW employees who generously supported CAPIC’s COVID-19 Relief Fund this holiday season. CAPIC is a grassroots non-profit that provides emergency assistance to families in Chelsea, Revere and Winthrop. We're proud of the work our employees have done in these communities over the years. Now CDW is proud to match their contributions.

New Waltham High School Breaks Ground

CDW is proud to announce that Kathy Campbell has become certified as an Envision© Sustainability Professional! Envision© is a comprehensive sustainability rating system using social, economic, and environmental criteria directly to the planning, design, construction, and long-term operation of physical civil infrastructure.

New Website and Logo Launched for 30th Anniversary
We're pleased to announce the launch of our new logo and website. Thank you to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and President of the Senate Karen E. Spilka for helping us celebrate. The Citation reads -- In Recognition of 30 years providing civil and environmental engineering services that improve the resilience of our Massachusetts communities.
A Whale of a Good Time
Responding to the realities of COVID-19, CDW did not throw a large and festive 30th anniversary party as planned. Rather, we recognized the momentous achievement by treating employees and their families to an afternoon of whale watching that offered spectacular sightings.
SAME Celebrates its Centenary
CDW has been a proud member of the SAME Boston Post for 10 years and we’re happy to be part of the national organization’s 100th celebration. Founded in 1920, the Society of American Military Engineers builds leaders and leads collaboration among government and industry to develop multi-disciplined solutions to national security infrastructure challenges.

Going Up!
CDW is pleased to be teaming with Perkins Eastman for the renovations and construction at Boston Arts Academy. Housed in a former warehouse across from Fenway Park that is over 100 years old, the BAA is Boston's only public high school for the visual and performing arts.

Christine Walsh Joins as Environmental Services Project Manager
Join us in welcoming Christine Walsh as Project Manager within CDW’s Environmental Services Division. Christine earned her M.S. in Environmental Science & Policy from Clark University and has years of experience managing assessment and remediation projects in New England. Her skills and experience will be used to manage multi-site environmental assessment and permitting projects for a major water utility. Great to have you aboard!
Turning Grief into Action
CDW, together with its employees, is making a financial contribution to support YWBoston.org, a Boston organization working every day to eliminate racism and bring equity and opportunity to people of color in our communities.

Charlie Shepherd Retires from Civil Engineering Team
What a great project manager, coworker, and friend Charlie Shepherd has been to so many over the years. Most Friday afternoons he'd be the last to leave the office or job site. It's just not going to be the same without you. Happy retirement, Charlie!

Our Work is Essential
CDW provides essential services and has been operating continuously throughout the COVID-19 crisis. We are steadfast in our continued commitment to all of our clients, and to the well-being of our staff and their families. All of our remote systems are in place and there continues to be no noticeable difference to services. Stay healthy everyone!
