U.S. Army National Training Center

Fort Irwin, CA

CDW calculated all air emissions including criteria pollutants, diesel particulate matter, and toxins for two sites – the U.S. Army National Training Center, Fort Irwin, CA and Barstow Daggett Heliport, Daggett, CA. The data was calculated and the information was entered into a database using Hotspots Analysis and Reporting Program (HARP). Emission spreadsheets were developed for each source and our Team was tasked with the yearly update of the CEIP and CEIR to the Government and MDAQMD that lists the NTC’s air emission sources of Criteria Air Pollutants emissions, Hazardous Air Pollutants emissions and Greenhouse Gases emissions as well as their annual emission rates.
