CDW provided environmental consulting services for a hotel development company. These services included initial site evaluation for land acquisition, management of contaminated soil and groundwater during construction, and site investigation and closure strategies to comply with Massachusetts Contingency Plan deadlines. Our team worked closely with the developer during property redevelopment and building construction to manage the on-site and off-site disposal and reuse of contaminated soils, while keeping the projects on schedule. Where multiple regulatory agencies were involved, CDW provided guidance to the developer on time critical issues and worked to find the most cost-effective solutions to manage environmental issues and be protective of human health and the environment.
