CDW has successfully completed several small- and large-scale brownfields projects, including those under the EPA Brownfields Pilot Program, as well as open-ended environmental and site contamination term contracts for state and federal agencies, and private developers. Managing the regulatory aspects of these projects can be a complex undertaking, but our staff of highly qualified Licensed Site Professionals has the expertise and several decades of combined experience to determine if all sites comply with applicable regulations.

CDW has extensive experience in site assessment for potential contamination and in designing cost-effective solutions for remediation of soil and groundwater. Our experience in remediation ranges from excavation and disposal, in-situ remedies, and treatment systems to barrier wall design. We routinely sample soils, soil gas, sediment, surface water, and groundwater to monitor for potential contamination.
